Second Clause: Financial Policy and Government Fees Payment Mechanism

The client bears the complete legal responsibility for the validity, authenticity, and integrity of all copies (PDF format) and data sent to us via digital communication channels. The Qarar establishment team’s role is strictly limited to the apparent structural audit to match them with the registration creation conditions, and we do not bear any administrative or penal responsibility in the event the client submits non-original records, or inaccurate data leading to the application’s rejection, or actions taken against them by the Public Prosecution or court secretaries in Abu Dhabi court departments.
Fifth Clause: Cancellation and Administrative Financial Refund Policy
The administrative clearance fees for the Qarar establishment are subject to a strict refund policy that fundamentally depends on the digital execution stage. The client has the right to request a cancellation and fully refund our administrative fees only if this is done prior to the actual commencement of the transaction on the government portals. However, in the event our team uploads the attachments, extracts the government payment order, or generates the reference number for the transaction; the administrative service is considered successfully executed and the procedural effort is exhausted, and the client has no right to demand a fee refund, regardless of the subsequent judicial decision of approval or rejection.
